Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Returns should only be sent after requesting a return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address via email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges & Replacement
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To request an exchange, contact luxurystudioofficial@gmail.com with your order details. Once the return is approved and received, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Replacement and Exchange Policy:
If your replacement or exchange request is accepted, the new product will be delivered within 5 days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
